Ruth Wyatt

Director of Sync for UK and Europe | Nettwerk Music Group

{{brizy_dc_image_alt imageSrc=

Ruth has been in the sync industry for over 11 years, her experience gaining insights across the music supervision lens, major record label and independent record label worlds alike. During her time at Warner she also built out a boutique publishing company to help give unsigned artists and songwriters a leg up through sync.

Her career spans from music supervision, to time at BMG, to working at Warner Music in the UK and Australian team in their respective sync teams, and now heads up sync for UK and Europe at Nettwerk. She has assist music supervised on movies such as Suffragette (starring Cary Mulligan, Meryl Streep and Helena Bonham Carter), The Inbetweeners 2, iTonya (starring Margot Robbie) to name a few.

All of this work has been underpinned by her passion to: (a) Consider the environments impacts (I have a masters degree from SOAS which I studied alongside my tenure at Warner Music UK), and how labels can do better for their artists and the planet. And (b) Prioritise artists and songwriters first always, finding brilliant opportunities to turn the dial on their campaigns, bring new audiences to their music, and ensure deals are fair.
