For over a decade, ticketing platforms have redirected fans away from artist websites to capture data for their own profit. TicketCo CEO Carl-Erik Michalsen Moberg declared that "the era of the forced middleman must end."
In response, TicketCo shifted its traditional model and introduced TicketCo Flex. Partnering with Sindre Horseby, CEO of creative tech agency Buzz Kollekt, they co-developed YourTickets—a solution allowing artists to sell tickets directly on their own websites, maintain full control of the purchasing journey, and own their fan data.
