Nicole de Beer is the Founder and CEO of Gigevate, an Amsterdam-based music-tech platform building a more connected and trusted infrastructure for the electronic music industry.

With a background spanning digital marketing, events, hospitality and the electronic music ecosystem, Nicole has experienced first-hand how fragmented the industry can be. Artists, organisers and venues still manage opportunities across DMs, spreadsheets, emails and disconnected systems, while unclear booking processes, limited visibility and payment uncertainty continue to create unnecessary barriers.

She founded Gigevate to help change that.

Gigevate brings artists, organisers and fans into one connected ecosystem where talent can be discovered, opportunities can be created, bookings can be managed more professionally and the journey from first connection to confirmed performance can happen with greater structure and trust.

Originally building her career within South Africa's events and electronic music scene, Nicole is now based in Amsterdam and focused on developing Gigevate from within one of Europe's most influential electronic music communities. Her work sits at the intersection of music, technology, entrepreneurship, community and cultural infrastructure.

Beyond building the platform itself, Nicole is particularly interested in how technology can create healthier pathways into the music industry, improve access to opportunities for emerging talent and turn networking and collaboration into meaningful long-term value.

Her goal with Gigevate is not simply to build another music platform, but to help create infrastructure that allows the people behind electronic music to discover one another, work together more effectively and build sustainable careers and communities across borders.
