Founded in 2005 from Hendrik’s own work as a composer, Orchestral Tools has grown into a leading name in orchestral sampling, known for its extensive recordings at Teldex Scoring Stage in Berlin and collaborations with internationally renowned composers and artists.

As both a composer and product creator, Hendrik has spent more than two decades exploring how technology can translate musical ideas into expressive performances. He remains closely involved in product strategy and the creative direction of Orchestral Tools, with a particular focus on the next generation of music-making software and the role AI can play in making sophisticated musical expression more immediate and intuitive.
