Curator + Creative Producer
Overflow
Jessie Dymond is a Berlin-based creative producer, spatial curator, and cultural strategist working at the intersection of music, experience design, and community infrastructure. Bridging artistic practice with scientific inquiry, she collaborates with neuroscientists, academic institutions, and wellbeing practitioners to design and evaluate environments that translate neuroscience-informed research into somatic care.
Drawing on her background in nighttime advocacy and social research with VibeLab, as well as creative production with Kennedy London, Jessie’s practice centers on spatial care, sensory storytelling, and systemic cultural strategy. She is the co-founder of Overflow, a Berlin-based research collective and spatial consultancy behind the Sensory Rave Spa. This immersive installation combines custom vibroacoustic beds, low-stimulus environments, long-form ambient soundscapes, and live instrumentation to counter burnout and isolation across nightlife and the cultural industries.
Her work regularly explores spatial scale, atmospheric volume, and sensory modulation. At Kraftwerk Berlin, Jessie conceptualized and produced The Quiet Space, a site-specific installation that investigates the psychological impact of monumental architectural scale, light, and silence, informed by ongoing neuroaesthetic studies on stress recovery. Previously, she served as strategic lead and concept director for Unda at the Estonian National Museum, curating a 48-hour continuous music program and conference examining club culture as vital social infrastructure.
As music’s therapeutic potential shifts into mainstream health systems and corporate platforms, Jessie advocates for frameworks where artistic value is rigorously measured and sustained. Crucially, she champions the human infrastructure behind this work, ensuring that the artists, cultural workers, and grassroots practitioners holding this medicine are equitably valued and well compensated.
