Emelie Olsson

Founder & CEO

Corite & Aflow

Emelie Olsson is a Swedish entrepreneur, co-founder and former CEO of Corite and Aflow. She has spent the past seven years at the intersection of music, technology and new business models for artists.

With Corite, Emelie was part of pioneering new approaches to artist financing and fan participation, building a platform where artists could fund their careers together with their fans while remaining independent. The company became an early mover in fan-powered music, shared streaming revenues and later Web3, exploring how blockchain and digital ownership could create new relationships between artists and their audiences.

Corite supported thousands of artists and hundreds of fan-funded campaigns, including collaborations with artists such as Alan Walker, while expanding the model internationally.

Emelie later founded Aflow, applying AI to the infrastructure around independent artists and music teams, continuing her work around how emerging technology can give creators greater access to tools, capital and opportunities traditionally controlled by larger industry players.

In 2023, Emelie was named Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe in Entertainment.
