Saskia Wheeler is a neuroaesthetics researcher, strategist, and speaker exploring how sensory experiences shape the brain, body, and human well-being. Her work sits at the intersection of neuroscience, art, and design, with a particular interest in how sensory integration influences emotion, attention, and physiological states.

With a Master’s in Psychology of the Arts, Neuroaesthetics and Creativity from Goldsmiths, Saskia brings together scientific research and creative practice. Her work is distinctive in its focus on translating neuroscience into real-world sensory experiences - exploring not just how we see, but how we hear, touch, move through and inhabit environments.

Saskia works with creative studios, brands and cultural institutions on immersive installations, spatial experiences and sensory research. Her projects have explored how sound, touch, light, scent and visual environments work together to shape how we feel and behave, using methods including EEG, heart-rate and behavioral research.

Her work is driven by a broader question: what happens when we stop designing for individual senses and start designing for the whole sensory system?
