Alison Lamb

With more than a decade in the music industry Alison has worked as a successful artist manager, product manager & marketeer. In the past year, Alison launched her own music consultancy company Project Allies, primarily working with label and management companies to develop and oversee new release campaigns and campaign strategies. Whilst alongside this continuing to manage acts independently.

In ’21 Alison had a UK Number 1 album with You Me at Six’s ‘SUCKAPUNCH’ album, which she delivered as the band’s manager and closely leading the album’s independent campaign marketing strategy. This was the second UK top 10 album that Alison achieved with You Me at Six while she has also had a UK top 5 album with Two Door Cinema Club (which was included in Musically’s Sandbox 2019 review). Plus 3 UK Top 15 albums with Circa Waves, Maximo Park and Twin Atlantic - who she independently continued to manage across their latest album release and their ‘Free’ 10 year anniversary tour.

Alison has built a multi-faceted career within the music industry with a huge amount of experience in dealing with all of the different sectors in the industry from artist’s, independent and major record labels, distributors to DSP’s and more. Alison’s experience has enabled her to have a unique understanding of the intricacies of working in the modern music industry.

Throughout her career, Alison has spoken at international music industry conferences including SXSW ‘24 and contributed articles for music business websites.
