For the better part of two decades, Andrea has transformed her passion for music, culture, and nightlife into a longstanding career and an undeniable force in the music world and startup ecosystem.

As an incessant vinyl digger, artist and DJ, known as Androosh, she has shared her energetic music POV performing at some of the most notable venues and festivals around the globe and regularly on rotation at Berlin’s top electronic music clubs. Her 2024 EP release, Proof of Existence, made waves in the international house scene on the legendary label, Nervous Records.

Andrea is also the Portfolio Manager at Best Nights VC and spearheads portfolio company relationships for the corporate venture capital investment unit of Mast Jägermeister SE in Berlin, Best Nights VC, which focuses on bridging the gap between culture and tech by investing in the future of cultural and nightlife experiences.
