Dr. Jacques Attali has been a Professor of economics in many French universities; he was the Special Adviser to French President François Mitterrand during 10 years (1981-1991).
He founded 4 International Institutions: Action contre la faim (1980), Eureka (1984), EBRD( 1990) and Positiv (1994).
Positiv (and the other entities of Positiv) have been promoting the positive economy and supporting positive micro entrepreneurs around the world for 30 years.
He founded(in 1994) and chairs Attali Associates, a large consulting firm, advising governments and CEOs of large corporations around the world .
He has authored more than 90 essays, biographies, theater plays and novels, with more 12 million copies and translated in 22 languages.
He is columnist for the French magazine, les Echos and for the Japanese news agency Nikkei.
His main fields of research, writing and consulting are the different dimensions of the future( environment, technologies, urban planning, economy, finance , ideologies, geopolitics, values) and the organisation of a positive transition. .
He conducts symphonic orchestras around the world.
