Mandy Salem-Aubry

Mandy Salem-Aubry is an independent music business professional with thirty years of international experience. She works across music publishing, startup strategy, mentoring, and conference programming, always focused on providing clarity, practical insight, and access to a trusted global network.

Through her company, MSA Music Services, Mandy helps rightsholders build solid publishing setups, from registrations to royalty payments, and delivers workshops that make complex topics clear and accessible. Artists, labels and companies that have trusted her include Slipknot, Jason Mraz, One Direction, Tori Amos, Machine Head, Soulfly, Nickelback, Moloko, Roadrunner Records, Downtown Music Publishing and Songtrust.

Mandy advises music-tech startups on strategy and positioning, helping them refine their offer and connect with investors, clients, and partners. She is also an experienced mentor, known for the time and care she devotes to individuals. She currently mentors with Keychange, Culttech Academy, Music Tech Europe Academy and Help Musicians.

She is the Conference Programme Coordinator for Athens Music Week and regularly curates and moderates sessions at conferences across Europe. Her sessions are known for their relevance, clarity and strong audience engagement.

Mandy is a trained Mental Health First Aider and speaks openly about well-being and freelance life in the music industry. She is a former board member of the Association for Electronic Music (AFEM).
