Tony Latham is a leading figure in music finance and royalty investment, with over 20 years of experience bridging the worlds of creative rights and financial innovation. As Co-Founder of Royalty Access Studio (RAS), Tony is redefining how artists, songwriters, and rights holders access funding — offering simple, fast, and transparent royalty advances without compromising ownership or control.

Before launching RAS, Tony held senior roles at several of the UK’s most respected music organisations. He was CFO of Wise Music Group and has held several other industry roles including Finance Director at PPLPRS and Vice President, Commercial at Proper Music Group. Throughout his career, Tony has worked closely with artists, managers, publishers, and distributors across the globe, building a reputation for clarity, trust, and strategic insight.

At Royalty Access Studio, Tony has helped build a model that puts creators first. The company advances funds to artists and rights holders against existing royalty streams, using a flexible, artist-friendly approach.
