Yolanda Rother is co-founder and managing director of “The Impact Company”, a consultancy for diversity and inclusion strategy. The Impact Company leads organizations through the cultural shift towards Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) in the economy and working world by offering professional services in Leadership Advisory, Recruiting & Retention, Creative & Partnerships and Trainings & Workshops with the goal to simultaneously increase the economic participation of marginalized groups and the competitiveness of organizations.


Yolanda is also a sought-after moderator and speaker on topics such as digital society, politics and open government, diversity, sustainability, arts and culture and works with the Kompetenzzentrum für Kultur, the Bundesdruckerei, the iRights.Lab, the European Film Market, the Heinrich Böll Foundation and many more. As a graduate of the Hertie School (Master of Public Policy), the Berlin native brings international expertise from Brazil, France and the United States.
