Michael Rohde Böwadt is CEO of SoundInvest, a Danish early-stage venture capital firm investing internationally in SoundTech. Operating from Struer — Denmark's "City of Sound" — and closely affiliated with Sound Hub Denmark and its Accelerator, SoundInvest backs founders building the future of audio across hardware, software and AI.

Michael's path to the fund runs through the industry itself. It began behind the mixing desk at concerts through the 1990s. He went on to spend two decades in product and engineering leadership across the audio industry, leading product management and strategy at Dynaudio, one of the world's respected loudspeaker makers, and heading the engineering teams behind TC Electronic's DSP-based products.

That arc shapes how he leads SoundInvest: the fund backs founders early and works with them closely, helping them navigate the strategic and commercial decisions that determine whether a company scales.
