Darren Hemmings is the founder and Managing Director of Motive Unknown, a London-based strategic marketing consultancy focused on the music industry.
Under his leadership, Motive Unknown serves artists like Run the Jewels, Chase & Status, Jungle and AJ Tracey, as well as labels such as Dirty Hit, Warp, Partisan, Domino and more. It also works extensively within the music creation space too, handling growth marketing for clients like Beatport, UJAM, Soundlabs and Unfiltered Audio, among others.
Darren also writes the influential Network Notes newsletter that goes out to around 7,000 music industry professionals weekly.
