CEO & Co-Founder | Sleeve
Anna Lidell is a musician, composer, and startup founder whose career spans hundreds of live performances and original compositions for projects from Netflix’s SKAM Italia to award-winning films, podcasts, and games.
She is the cofounder and CEO of Sleeve, a platform that gives musicians a direct line to their fans so they can earn a living from the people who care most. On Sleeve, artists turn followers into paying members by sharing music, livestreams, behind-the-scenes moments, and newsletters… all in one place. Sleeve’s founding team brings experience from Patreon, Microsoft, and Airbnb, combined with decades in the music industry.
If just 5% of a 20,000-person audience subscribes at $10 per month, that’s $10,000 a month, over $120,000 a year, direct from fans to the artist. Early Sleeve artists are already converting 5–10% of their audiences into paying members, creating sustainable income and deeper connections that last well beyond the next algorithm change or after the buzz fades
