Hugo is the founder of the AI Media Institute and Managing Director of the Artificial Intelligence Media & Image Awards and Conference, platforms dedicated to exploring and celebrating the creative possibilities of technology in music, media, and the visual arts. He is also the co-founder of Across the Pond, an event platform that has promoted international talent and hosted shows featuring the likes of Fred Again.., Joy Anonymous, Plastician, and other influential artists.

In addition to this Hugo sits on the advisory board of Fuel the Music, an initiative committed to funding independent musicians and supporting grassroots venues throughout the UK.
