Rachel Menzies has over 20 years’ experience in the music industry, spanning publishing, supervision, and brand partnerships. She leads BMG’s Bespoke & Brands function within the Sync+ division, pioneering a rights-holder approach to commissioned music that helps brands harness music as both a strategic and creative force. Her career began at West One Music before she founded Hookline Ltd and Dynamic, a production music company later acquired by BMG.

She has supervised campaigns for global clients including Coca-Cola, Amazon, Lexus, Starbucks, the Premier League, Disney, and the BBC, delivering award-winning work such as Pepsi Max Taste Revolution and Amex “Points Are Worth More.” Named one of PITCH Fanzine’s Top 100 Superwomen, she is passionate about redefining how brands use music to connect with audiences.
