Thorsten Hesse

Since 2018, Thorsten has been working for the non-profit association Handiclapped - Kultur Barrierefrei e.V. as project coordinator. and fundraiser. The association organizes inclusive concerts and music workshops, among other things. The aim is to bring people with and without disabilities together through culture - especially live music - and to promote equal participation for all.

Thorsten is the founder and organizer of the platform pincmusic.net (a project of Handiclapped together with MusicTech Germany - the Federal Association of Music Technology).

Pinc Music presents over 110 inclusive bands from all over Germany and now starting also from other European countries. Pinc Music also runs a partnership project (https://pincmusic.net/starklusion/) where interested bands and experts from the music industry team up with one of the Pinc Music acts. Thorsten worked internationally in the IT industry for 20 years before turning to the social economy.
